Aaron Schow

Aaron Schow has been a personal trainer for over 20 years. After graduating from Idaho State University with a degree in physical education and fitness leadership, he became a NCSA certified personal trainer. Aaron loves to compete, having participated in track and field, bodybuilding, powerlifting, CrossFit, and Strong Man. He also prides himself in being a lifetime drug-free athlete.

He finds it a privilege to share his skills and years of experience with other people to change their lives too. Aaron loves helping people overcome those obstacles, and he’s excited to help you reach your goals!

Leslee Blanch

Leslee Blanch is a registered dietician, licensed with the state of Idaho with 25 years of clinical and community nutrition experience. She received her degree in Dietetics from UC Davis and completed an internship at the University of Indiana Purdue Medical Center.

Leslee is a strong proponent for sustainable eating patterns that both meet and maintain weight and health goals, and she’s excited to help you make sustainable adjustments to your diet and lifestyle.
